The most important worldwide independent agency network is based in Great Britain. When Grahame Senior, at that time President of London agency Senior King, founded the IN Network in 1992 with partner agencies from France, Germany and Spain, he could never have imagined that his baby would outlive Senior King. Nor could he have foreseen that it would go on to become the most important worldwide independent agency Network in terms of revenues*, geographical coverage (all continents, 90 countries, 150 cities) and quality of agencies (6500 professionals).

Today, IN’s official headquarters are still based in England. However, inter-agency co-ordination is handled from Paris by Michel Goddet, one of Grahame’s founding partners.

IN started as a European Economic Interest Grouping, changing to a British limited company in 1998 when European IN agencies decided to go worldwide.
On May 23rd to 25th, the IN Network will hold its 10th worldwide annual convention in London for the first time. Nearly 100 delegates and guests from all over the world will attend and participate in the event.

The core topics to be discussed will be digital and multi-channel strategies, and original tactics.

Many IN agencies are already experienced in these fields of communications. Last month, Connecturf, the most important Indian independent 100% digital agency, joined IN.

* 2007 IN Network revenues: US$ 652 million (Advertising Age May 5th 2008)
